Product Dimension Management

As Shopify has no official method for managing dimensions (packaging really only works for a single item) Joovii apps have a location where dimensions can be saved for every sku .  All the Shopify products will be automatically synchronized to our system after installation of the app.  Also merchants can resync products at any time.

You can see all products with product name, vendor, product type and dimension with a search option in the product list page. You can also see a link to update dimension or show product variants which will open a popup with all options.

How to edit Product Dimensions

Click on the Blue Update Product wording, an edit Product dimension pop up box appears on top of your current product dimension page. Change or update dimensions and push the Update Dimenion button to save.

If a product has a variant such as colour you need to update the dimensions in the variant not the main product. Please select the Show /Update Variant wording

This allows you to update colour or variant options of each colour.

The Joovii Shipping Apps also allows you to export a product CSV for bulk dimension updates.

Go to Product dimensions >>>Export Products

This lets you export all products into a CSV. You can then bulk edit these and re import the CSV once finished.

Note: Do not change column titles or remove columns. Leave the CSV as is just fill in the Width, Height and Length options.

The Joovii apps only allow 10,000 products to be viewed under the product dimension tab. If you have more products then this the export / import csv option shows all of these.

If products are missing from your list please push the Click here to resynchronise product wording, this will resync your products into the App.
