How To Add A Package in the Joovii Shipping Apps

To add a package in Joovii shipping go to Settings >>>Accounts >>Packages

Note: Packages need to be created in both Aramex and Couriers Please.

To add you own packages please scroll down under the predefined packages to Add New Package.

Supply a Package name, length, width and height.

For the Packaging Weight we have 2 main options, these are:

• Use packing weight plus order weight - to set the packaging weight which reflects the weight of the packaging itself and would be added to the order weight.  
• Set an override package weight - which will ignore the order weight and override the entire order with that weight.

Note: If you set your packaging weight to 0, only  your order weight gets taken for the quotes and bookings.

Ensure status is ticked as this allows the order weight to be allocated.

Once you add your package it will appear at the bottom of the predefined package list.

To make this a default package please click on the default selected button and push update status.
