How to Configure the Joovii Shipping App

Once installed open the App in your Shopify store and go to Account

Once your at accounts you can see Joovii Shipping in your list with either a red or green toggle switch. If red change to green to enable this option.

Once you have done this you now can configure your settings for both Aramex and Couriers Please. These need to be set up in both carriers separately.

Over on the right are 4 icons, these icons control all settings in the App and you can see each carrier has separate settings.

Aramex Setting Icons

Icon 1 : Edit account - Not needed for Joovii shipping as pre configured to work without an account.

Icon 2: Settings -  Here you need to select Authority to leave, standard or signature on delivery, label size , add SKU to label and delivery options.

Icon 3: Packages -  This area comes prefilled with existing Aramex packages. You can also add custom packages here.

To add you own packages please scroll down under the preexisting packages to Add New Package.

Supply a Package name, length, width and height.

Note: If you set your package weight to 0 your order weight gets taken for the quote.

Icon 4: Manage Service - This section shows you what will be shown in the checkout if you have Carrier Calculated Shipping enabled. It allows you to select what is active at checkout and the display name that is shown.

Couriers Please Setting Icons

Icon 1 : Edit account - Not needed for Joovii shipping as pre configured to work without an account.

Icon 2: Settings -  Here you need to select Pick up from Store or POP Point, delivery instructions and Authority to leave or signature.

Icon 3: Packages - Packages comes with one custom package added. You can add your custom package sizes here.

To add you own packages please scroll down under the preexisting packages to Add New Package.
