How Do I Select My New Package in the App

If you have created custom size packages these can be found in your Manage Order >>> Order page

Click on the order blue button - View Order And Book Shipment.

On the left under the rate is a grey bar that says Packaging Dimensions and Weight.

Drop the arrow down and you will see the wording custom. Under this you will see the package previously added by yourself ( Example was created as testing)

Select this and push Refresh Quote Prices.

You can now see that the quote has refreshed in Parcel 1 from 5x5x5 1.90kg to 32x28x32 1.90kg

If you make a mistake or pick the wrong box push Revert to original quote in the top right of the order. This refreshes the quote back to the original custom settings.
