How to show live shipping rates in your checkout with Joovii.

Carrier Calculated Shipping must be enabled for your store to access and display carrier shipping rates in your checkout.

To be eligible, your Shopify plan must meet the following requirements:

1. It is on the Shopify plan or higher.

2. Your Shopify plan is changed to paid annually.

If your store has one of the above options please contact Shopify support and they will enable Carrier Calculated Shipping on your site immediately.


Set up rates in the checkout

This is completed in the Shopify store settings not the app itself. Here you will select the Sendle Booking app as 3rd party carrier rates.

Go to:

Shopify Settings > Shipping and Delivery > General shipping rates

Click on the Arrow to expand the general Shipping rate.

Select the zone you wish to apply shipping rates to, for example AU

Select Add shipping option and then “Use carrier or App to calculate rates” And from the drop down select the relevant Joovii Shipping rate.

Select Add Services

Pick the relevant services and tick them. Once ticked push Done and save the shipping rate.

You can now see one service is selected to be shown in your checkout.

Note: If no services show please ensure your products all have weights and that you shipping settings have a fulfillment address.
