How to book shipments with My Post Business

Overview

Joovii's My Post business app acts as the connection between your MyPost Business account and you Shopify store. The app imports the customer orders from Shopify allowing merchants to easily book shipments, print labels and manage the fulfillment process.  Any new order will be automatically synchronised with our app.


Viewing Orders

The order list page in the app show all shopify orders.   On initial import, orders up to 60 days in the past can be brought in, but on going there is no limit on orders.

Shipment Quotation

In each order there is a button to book shipment which will open a popup with order details and My Post quotations.  Once satisfied with the address, package details and price, the Book Now button can be used to book the shipment.

Packaging and extra options

In the booking option popup you can see a packaging section which is used to alter the parcel dimension and weight.  There is also an extra option block to set “Require Signature on Delivery”, “Send Tracking Notifications”, “Item Description (optional)”, “Extra Cover and Extra Cover Amount”, “Delivery Instructions” for domestic shipment.

Other order details in the order detail page  

In the order detail page product details, order summary, pickup address,  delivery address and notes of the order are displayed for reference.

Shopify Order fulfillment and notifying the customer

After successful booking and payment the shopify order will be fulfilled with shipment tracking id and notify customer.

Shipment details

After a successful booking you can see the details of the shipment in the page and here you can see a Pay and Print label button ( if you set manual payment in the setting).  After clicking this the shipment is finalised and a download label button becomes visible and a link to see tracking information.
