Aramax Didn't pick up my items?

If you have used your own Aramex account connected to the Joovii Aramex App please follow the below steps.

If Aramax missed your pickup?

If Aramex missed your pickup, contact your local Aramex Australia depot or courier franchisee on 1300 327 892 to arrange a new collection

What if I've missed a pick-up?

If you've missed the pick-up time, you can call your local Aramex Australia Courier Franchisee to arrange collection for the next delivery cycle.

If you’re unable to contact your local Courier Franchisee please call your local Aramex Australia depot on 1300 3278 929 or contact us.

Can't you just quickly rush back and pick up my parcel?

Unfortunately, we can't do this because our couriers operate on a timetable (like a bus or train). If we went back we'd be late for the next customer. Apologies for any inconvenience, but this is the way we reduce our costs to provide our great low prices to you.
